Soul Glo

Sequencing Studio · For Yoga Teachers

A simpler way to plan your classes. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Everything in one place

What’s inside

Some planning tools have so much going on, they’re hard to use. Soul Glo Sequencing Studio keeps it simple – three easy steps (Plan, Sequence, Teach), clear sections, and everything a teacher actually needs to walk into class ready.

Sequence builder

Build your class section by section – opening, warm-up, standing poses, peak, floor and closing. Reorder, set breaths or minutes, and watch your class time add up as you go.

Class planner

Set a theme, an intention, a peak pose, opening words, music notes and your closing message for every class.

Pose library and cues

Over 150 poses – Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative – with Sanskrit names, simple cues, options, levels and open, closed or neutral hips.

Ready-made forms

Liability waiver, health intake, photo consent, class policies, feedback, incident report and attendance log – with your name, logo and colour on them. Print or save as PDF.

Sequencing guidance

Built-in tips on class flow, grouping open and closed hips, counterposes, and suggested prep poses for your peak.

Ready to teach

Open your class on your phone or print a clean class card. Save, copy and reuse your favourite sequences.

Questions

Who is Soul Glo Sequencing Studio for?

Yoga teachers who want an easier way to plan classes and handle the paperwork – especially independent teachers running their own classes.

Is it a teacher training?

No. It’s a planning and admin tool. It doesn’t certify you or replace your training.

Do you store my students’ information?

No. Soul Glo Sequencing Studio only stores your account and your class plans. Your students’ forms stay with you – print them or save them as PDFs and keep them yourself.

Do I still need my own waiver reviewed?

Yes. The forms are templates. Every teacher is responsible for having their waiver reviewed by a lawyer where they teach.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Plan on your computer or phone, and open your class right from your phone when you teach.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your membership is month to month.

Questions

I’ve never done yoga. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Every class is made for beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced, and every pose has options.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat if you have one, comfy clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a blanket or sweater for the rest at the end. No mat? Just let me know ahead of time.

Can I leave early?

Yes. You don’t need to tell me or explain. If you can, take a moment to rest before you go. I do recommend staying for Savasana, the rest at the end, but stillness isn’t easy for every mind on every day.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Check with your doctor first if you have a health condition, a recent injury or surgery, or are pregnant. Tell me before class and I’ll offer options. I’m a yoga teacher, not a medical professional.

Will you touch me to adjust poses?

Only ever with your permission, and you can say no at any time – before or during class.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Group bookings need 24 hours’ notice or the full fee applies. If I need to cancel, I’ll let you know as soon as I can and your class will be credited.

Anything else I should know?

Please set phones to silent, skip strong perfumes (some people are sensitive), and stay home if you’re feeling sick. This is a welcoming space for every body. Be kind to yourself and others.
